Is there any new developments on this ? I feel like if "Dance Moms" can make it two seasons.. why not Jersey Cheer ?? is there anywhere we can watch the episodes ? any info really would be great

It's been discussed on another Jersey Cheer thread that CMT has supposedly picked the show up, renamed it "Cheer" and new episodes will premier in August. Film crews have been following them at a few competitions already this season.

I had a feeling they were filming when CJA's level 5 team popped up out here at a little independant cheer comp (spirit fest..or something like that). Usually the larger companies will not allow filming of reality shows so they film at the smaller ones.
You forgot one. :georgia:
ETA: And IDK about TX, but CJA has been at Spirit Fest in CT before. Got paid there last season.

I saw them filming CJA's Small Senior 5 at NCA in Dallas 2 weeks ago - I was actually sitting behind the section where the CJA parents were. They were right above the section where the coaches come out to watch their teams. After their performance I saw the camera guy right on Patty Ann's tail when she left the coaches box. Looking forward to watching it on the show. Oh! and they were filming them again this past weekend in CT at Spirit Fest.

My cp saw them filming in Dallas too. We were in the bathroom at one point with Patty Ann and a bunch of the CJA girls. My cp was all excited.! And I just have to add that, up close, their uniforms are gorgeous! Loved them!
