From the way that it is worded it seems like all Viper Locations will become Fearless Allstars? Does Fearless Allstars already exist or is that what they are going to call the 'new' program next season?

Fearless already exists, it is a small relatively new program (maybe 3 years old, not sure).

no one paid ron for anything. and since you can't buy something that's bankrupt without aquiring all of the debt that goes along with it, it's best to just absorb the program and change the company name. vipers is a successful program and has built a name for themselves in the many years they have been around way before ron came into the picture.

it is my understanding that we will remain vipers, our name will not change. so far, the changes that i have seen since tom took over have been great. it's organized and he was actually at the comp this weekend and watched ALL teams and congratulated ALL teams on their wins.

total speculation as i don't have any info on this and my first time seeing the email: maybe fearless will change to vipers???

Fearless will stay fearless and Vipers will stay Vipers! We are not merging but using this as a partnership opportunity. Tom and Nick are both doing a wonderful job. Tom will run the Viper gyms and Nick will stay with fearless but both will be visiting each others gyms to help out in any way needed.

My heart goes out to all the parents and kids that have been affected by Ron. I know Tom personally and I know he will do the best that he can to make the gym what it once was. I am thankful that we got out before all this happened. We saw the writing on the wall!! Good luck to Tom and all the coaches at the Baltimore gym!!

I didnt read every page to see if this was brought up... BUTTTT I heard that Maryland Twisters is taking over the Viper Allstars location in northern VA!! Can anyone confirm??

I don't get it. Who's fearless then or are the twisters buying them both out for next year?

This is my understanding:

1)Vipers was shut down by owner following NCA (3 locations: Baltimore, VA & Kent Island)
2)The VA coaches and teams worked out an arrangement with Maryland Twisters to be able to finish out their season as Maryland Twisters (I think it is about 6 teams), they still have the same coaches and are being supported by the Twisters staff as needed
3)The MD locations (Baltimore & Kent Island) are also finishing out their season as VIP Athletics and are forming some kind of partnership with Fearless AS (a small gym in Gaithersburg, MD).
4)MD Vipers will continue as Vipers, and Fearless will continue as Fearless (according to other posters), we do not know the details of the partnership between the gyms but it sounds like they plan to operate as two gyms (we shall see...)
5)The MD Twisters are exploring the option of opening a gym in VA, which would most likely include coaches and athletes from the former VA Viper organization, MD Twisters is not buying a gym.

Yup that's essentially correct.
