All-Star New Rules Released Today?

I was told the 'new' rules were supposed to be out at 11:00 today. Haven't heard anything yet. Anyone else hear?

I got a text from Les saying CHECK YOUR EMAIL. THE NEW INFO SHOULD BE THERE at 12:11pm but haven't seen it yet.

Im guessing Standing Doubles and Twisting Bounding Skills will still be illegal.

Im also guessing image etiquette is the same except slight wording rearrangements...
