Stretching

I really like the Gabi Butler video on YouTube, it seems pretty comprehensive. Then I just made a list of the stretches I was going to do from that and downloaded an interval training app on my phone so I knew how long to hold them for. Or just go for what your coach does at practices :)
 
personally as i flyer i just sit in between the doorway and watch tv .. it works lol i do that for scorps and for bows i do the same but put my right foot up agents the side of the door way and bring my foot up agents the top of the door and try and bring my left hand to the floor ... for heal stretch i just do splits onto my bed
 
Just make sure you warmup before you stretch. Don't stretch cold muscles!

Also, make sure not to push too hard. Pushing yourself past comfort level can pull and strain muscles. Stretch your muscle to where it just starts to hurt...hold it, release and go a little farther.
