All-Star Panthers Division In 12-13

It would be kind of silly for them to go large..they would have competition twice a year. As small or medium, theres constantly teams to go against.

I'm pretty sure that's what he meant. They have after Worlds tryouts this weekend.

Every year there's different kids and different talent that trys out. One of the things I like best about CA is they strive for quality more than anything. Creating the best most competetive teams they have with the talent that trys out. So, instead of stacking one team to go large every year, they adapt to whatever they need to, to have the best quality of teams that ALL have the chance to win & compete in their respective divisions whether it be at a local comp, NCA or Worlds.

Small, Medium or Large.... Panthers are in Charge! (T-Shirt idea?)

Small division is way to easy for panthers! and large division is just where they belong

i kinda like the whole Med Coed thing! my vote is for large senior or med coed

I would say Large, mainly for the Back to Back to Back situation.. I mean you've already been the one to win in every division.. Might as well be the only one to win each back2back2back right? lol

I also vote that in addition to Panthers going Large, you make a small too! lol

If they switched to Medium Coed I would think/hope they would no longer be called Panthers. Sort of how Cheetahs was brought back as a small coed and Wildcats went to IOC5 since they were usually a large coed team. If Panthers had boys on the team I would hope the name Panthers wouldn't be used to ensure that Panthers remained an all girl team.

If they went Medium Coed they better be named Manthers. If not, they should go Large All Girl

I think the only reason large is dying is because nobody wants to face up against the big 3. If teams felt like they could even have a shot at getting some color of a globe I don't think the division would only have 5 teams in it at Worlds. Nobody's been able to shake up those top 3 spots in a while and panthers is one of the only teams I think we all can agree has the talent and guts to go back in that division and give Stars, F5, and CEA a run for their money. And once other gyms see that those top 3 spots don't belong soley to those 3 teams, large might be brought back to life!

No, panthers as a large senior wouldn't have a ton of competition until Worlds but who really pays attention to anything but NCA, Cheersport, and the Majors anyway? After the season they just had I don't think they'd have a problem at any of those + they'd definitely see the big 3 there and get them a little scared before Worlds.

Also with the way Cheer Athletics took over at Worlds this year I think having enough athletes for a large AND a small won't be an issue at all. People are going to flock to CA, after watching them at Worlds this year it's obvious they're one of the best all around programs out there. If they were turning away athletes last year imagine how many people they'll be turning away this year. Who wouldn't want a ring and those abs?! I know everyone in the milkhouse wanted to be some kind of cat after watching them compete.

Obviously they'll be amazing no matter what division but I just think shaking up the battle in large would be incredible to see. It's already going to be interesting enough in 2013 - F5 is out for blood now, CEA wants to actually keep it this time, WCSS is dying to FINALLY grab #4 and then throw the reigning champions of medium who were the reigning champions of small in the mix?! It's like a freakin' cheer soap opera!

I've actually loved them being in small and medium. I know they could obviously do amazing in large senior but I feel like since they went to small and medium from large..they've got that bit more fierce (not that they weren't before). Panthers are one of my all time favourite teams!

BlueCat please dont make med coed but look into maybe wonderkatz coed again. That whitney housten dance still my all time favourite.

Large! A chance for gold in all three AG divisions consecutively? The chance shouldn't be passed up and would be an awesome feat! This gym is not lacking athletes to make it happen. As a matter of fact, I find it a bit selfish of CA to deny us a large AG team!
