quick question when using the curlerforms what hair care product do you put on it before putting the curlerform in? I've used curling spray gel by Got2b and this wrap mouse from Sally's neither have a nice hold! i need the secrets to the curlerforms! i don't want to go back to rollers haha
i put my hair half up half down, then make sure its super wet ( i out my head under the sink or tub) and then i use bed hair foxy curls mouse and then just set it in the curlformers. i have naturally super straight hair and this mouse works amazing and stays for the most part all day

Okay so my hair doesn't do anything . it just sits there and mocks me .. i cant do anything with it my hair is naturally pin strait. i wake up every morning and its strait the same way is was when i fell asleep . i cant scrunch it or wave it. if i leave my hair in braids over night and wake up in the morning and take them out it will be wavy for about 20 min then go back to being strait again -__- so do you think any of these things will work for my hair ? or should i just face the fact that my hair is forever strait
I'm just going to throw this out there if you get a perm with big rods it will add body to your hair and allow you to curl it easier.

I so needed all of these tips and tricks. I am "hair-imparied" as they call me around the gym, and to top it off left handed, so my curls are all crazy anyways. The person who does the best hair at our gym, actually does not have a girl in the program, but a boy, but she does hair and make up for a local theater company-so uses all the tricks of the trade so to speak.

We used the Herbal Essence spray gel. Worked phenomenally. Then finished off with the Got2be Freeze (or maybe it's Glue) hairspray in the yellow canister after taking them all out before we put in the bow.

I got kinda bored lol.

Does anyone who wears this hairstyle find it hard to stunt in/has their cp mentioned it gets in the way of anything?

Last year we just wore our hair in a high pony but this year I have implemented the half-up half-down look cause I think it looks super cute, but my teams are already complaining that the hair gets in the way. I made them wear their hair out at training last night in preparation for competing this weekend and one group accidently stepped on their flyers hair when they were doing the part of their stunt that goes from handstand flipping her back over into sponge. Can anyone offer me some insight? Not sure whether to give in and let them wear it in a pony or insist on the half-up half-down. Most of my girls have quite long hair (about chest length).

Beth Docker I think the curls give a neater look and keep the hair out of the girls faces. I think of you do 1/2 up,1/2 down, curls are a must or it just looks mess on the floor.Curls naturally make the hair shorter, so less chance of being stepped on. Personally, my cp loves curls, (it makes her feel fierce! :D) and she has never been stepped on because of her hair. And she's a flyer. HTH

Hi does anyone have a tutorial/video on the hair half up/down with beautiful curls? Also does anyone have a picture of a high pony tail curly with the same type of curls?
