Ok, I'm confused now... do people not wear proper undergarments with their soffe shorts? I have just never had CP come home from practice reporting on "wardrobe malfunctions", so I am having a hard time following the necessity...

When flyers are pulling body positions, undergarments don't necessarily stay in place lol

lol, I'd suggest it. Even if the undergarments don't move, the shorts aren't form fitting. Pulling body positions, with all bases eyes up, can make them uncomfortable (once they're at an age to get uncomfortable about it)

Even if she's not flying, definitely get her spandex.
I don't understand why gyms don't mandate this.
And the guys should be wearing compresson shorts.

I think this is more of the reason I haven't heard about it. CP and all of her friends are just under that "OMG DON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO KNOCK?!?" age.

The only thing I have ever heard that was a big no-no at our gym is wearing a camisole-type tank top (spaghetti straps) to practice w/o a sports bra. Nobody really says much of anything about anything else.

I'm 5'9 alexamarysouza and have fallen in love with my Nike pros this season definitely like to wear them alone w/o soffes over, I find the soffes just ride up. I'm a sports bra and spandex/Pros girl and perfer to wear just that during open team practice and privates. However if I am training during regular gym hours ie when younger girls are in the gym, I keep the shirt on (our gym has an unwritten rule about keeping shirts on while spandex, within reason, is ok.) I'm aware that many of they younger girls look up to me and there can be a 'monkey see/monkey do'' mentality.

Two girls I know at prom this year...once a cheerleader, always a cheerleader! I do the same things and feel NAKED without spandex under my dresses!

Adore my nike pros! I wear them alone, pretty much anywhere I can get away with it, but cannot for the life of me understand why people don't wear sensible/sturdy underwear with them. I would much rather see panty-lines than worry that all that's between me and your treasure box is a thin layer of spandex. They're not infallible, an awkward catch can still be revealing!

I didn't think that the first time I wrote it but haha I seriously died laughing. I know every time that store is mentioned it changes it to Richard's if you put the apostrophe in there so I left that out on purpose and then I completely didn't notice that I did not capitalize it! My phone usually capitalizes names for me but I guess it didn't pick up on that one! Lol sorry everyone
