I've always wanted to know everyone's opinion on this. Do you like it better when gyms have a different uniform for each team (Cheer Athletics, World Cup) or when gyms have program uniforms and everyone wears the same one (Stingrays, Green Bay Elite)?

I was just thinking about this. I think if it's a hige gym in one space, each team having its own uni can give it some idenity. Small gyms having the same uni save for the top team, can make things less busy. But I also see that in a big gym that the same uni can keep everyone equals.

different. As you move from team to team/ level to level is makes it more exciting. It also distinguishes between the different teams, and i like that.

I think if you are an elite program then having different unis for each team sets each team apart in a good way, especially for programs with mulitple level 5 teams. When you are in a smaller gym though, when only your senior elite team has a "special" uni, it can go one of two ways. It can either give the younger or lower level athletes something to aspire to, or it can give the senior elite team a separatist, head-too-big-to-fit-through-the-door-we're-that-much-better-than-you attitude toward the rest of the gym.

We are a small squad in the UK and we debuted our new uniforms at internationals this weekend.

Personally I don't like it when small, lesser known gyms have different uniform for each team. It confuses me, and i can't ever figure out which gym they represent while talking past them at the competition. I like when big gyms have different uniforms though, because I know the teams and know which teams belong to which gym, and I like being able to tell which athlete is on which team at the bigger gyms.

I want to love these, but I just can't, and Idk what it is.. I've never liked V-neck uniforms on guys, guess it's just a preference, makes the uniform look too... Idk almost look like it's just a sweater and not a uniform. The girls' uniform is cute though, but I would have made the GCA not teal so it could pop a bit more.

The ONLY gym that truly pulls off the different uniforms for each team is World Cup, IMO.

Everyone has their own opinions so it's okay! They are sooo comfy compared to our old ones it's unreal, and we got them so cheap around £75 pounds fully, or £50 if you sold your old one compared to most squads having £250 uniforms we are all really grateful! I agree the GCA would look so much better in white.
