I've been trying to get my toetouch higher for a while now they dont seem to have any improvement.
They are level but i want them hyperextended. Does anyone have any tips to help me out?

Jump with ankle weights on and really concentrate on rolling your hips. The weights force you to pull your legs up harder. Do this consistently and soon you'll see a huge difference!

Only use ankle weights on a tramp or tumble track......some may say it's ok to use them on a spring floor but I guess that's a gray area.

Stretch everyday (especially straddle and splits) make sure when your preping to do your jump you are pushing off the ground as high as you can. My coach always told us to try and aim for the sky. Then when your in the air your legs should be in a perfect straddle with no bent legs and point those toes! Try and roll your legs back so their looking up not foward. It took me a while to get mine hyper-extended so dont expect to get it soon but if you do this everyday you'll get it! Good Luck and PM me if you have any questions :)

Get a really big rubber band, like the jumbo size and put it around you ankles, when you jump the rubber band makes your legs snap toghether and after doing a few times my jumps were so much better.

One thing that I always tell my girls when they are trying to improve their jumps is to aim to point your toes back, not necessarily up. When you point your toes back that will help roll your hips. Your goal is to look at your jumps from the side and see your legs go in a small circle. To be able to strengthen your quads and hip flexors for this, sit on the floor in a straddle, point your toes, then roll your toes so they are pointed to the back. Once you can do that without pain, lift one leg at a time and make a small circle. Continue practicing it, and then it will make it easier for your body to get to that position when you jump. Try practicing them on a tramp or tumble track a few times also, the extra air makes it a little easier to manipulate your body positions.

Hope this helps!!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but.....strengthen your abs! doing V-ups is so amazing for your jumps! Having strong abs will really help you get your jumps crazy high because you can get them up faster because you'll be stronger!

If you have a fence put your leg up on the fence (if not then use a table, barre, or couch whatever) and keep it there for a couple of minutes.

If you really want to get better jumps join a ballet class or take dance at school, the stretches you do there will help make your hips more flexible.

put a think elastic around your legs then keep on jumping with those for a while try and get your jumps really high once you take them off and try as hard as you were trying with the elastics around your ankles your jumps we'll be soo high! This is what I did and my jumps got super high!

kiara nowlin came to my gym and gave us tips for this. you want to roll your hips in front of you so your legs go up. try it on the ground, it makes wayyyy more sense, plus then you have to keep your chest up
