This is SO VERY well done and really is spot-on in it's accuracy of what the All Star Cheer life is really like. I'm a big fan of the Twinkles and my friend WCMAN who I met here on fierceboard last season, (Loved seeing u interviewed in this!) My cp was on the other team shown in the documentary from Providence and Dallas, and it was really an honor for our kids to compete against and get to know these Twinkle girls thru the season. This documentary captured a moment I missed in Dallas, that was a special surprise to me. As I was watching I saw that the first thing my cp did after Twinkles were announced NCA Champions was to seek out WCMAN's cp (who she met in Providence) and give her a big hug in the middle of the floor! This made me so proud as a parent to see that be her priority at that moment and reminded me again what this sport teaches and enforces in our kids - sportsmanship above all! SO happy someone finally "got it right" in showcasing the all star cheer sub-culture! And can't think of a better team to represent the blood, sweat and tears all our kids put into this sport!! Congrats Again Twinkles!! and Great Job Star Ledger!!

You know you have problems when you are really torn between getting ready for your son's soccer scrimmage and watching the Twinkles Documentary in it's entirety...I can go to the scrimmage in pajamas, right?

everything about this was perfection! so happy an "outsider" finally gets it. so thank you The Star-Ledger

other than the obvious, I loved seeing a more candid version of joelle and elaine. i love them even more now. and i am so happy there was a section on the cheer dads. my dad was my coach for most of my cheer career, and it was just nice that others will see and appreciate the "rare breed" that is a cheer dad.
