Creative Dismounts/transitions

With doubles now out, I have been trying to come up with some creative dismounts for our competition routine this year. In particular coming down from a stretch position. Any suggestions or videos that could give me some help??

Just an FYI we are a high school team and after the stretch the stunt continues into a second part with a full up to Scale, so the group eventually has to get to a load in position for a full-up somewhat quickly.

ptry maybe having your flyer pulling whatever shape staying really tight while your bases do a half down? (so your flyer hold the stretch the whole time until she can jump out of the stunt to re-grip) then the rest of your stunt can re-grip for the full up.
If this is difficult your flyer can just pull lib for the half down
you could also full down if your flyer doesn't get to dizzy :p
