So I love my stunt group but like a, lib will only go up after we attempt it five times because the flyer wont lock her knee.. And then when she does go up and she tries to pull a heel she kicks me in that face instead of just pulling it, and her knee is still unlocked so when I grab her knee to lock it she tells me not to touch it because it makea her unstable.. And then we.cant hold the stunt because the bases wont stop shaking ... (btw flyers only like 80 pounds) or I have to bump it down because right before we pop everyone starts laughing or the flyer says wait! Im scared but it will be aftef I call the stunt... I have no idea what to do...its sookk frustrating

I think you need to talk to the coach about this. Most likely a good coach is seeing the issues at hand, however, you can not comprimise your and her safety. If she is not pulling her weight, she needs to get more training on the basic skills. Sounds like she needs some step up drills and some balance drills.

Keep us posted but minus encouragement at practice to help her out and your internal group conversations, I reccomend talking to your coach. She can mediate if you really need to talk to her and be the backbone that it's coming from her, not from the bases so it's not personal!

as a backspot, its definitely your job to lead the stunt. you should try yelling out what needs to be fixed while your stunting. That way the flyer or bases will be focused on correcting that instead of whatever they're laughing about

Laughing while stunting is an absolute NO NO! especially when the stunt is up. I agree with the others, this is something you need to bring to the attention of your coach ASAP.....I am surprised that your coach has not already noticed and tried to fix the problem.....You can not practice safely if it is not being taken seriously.....
I do have to ask about your level of stunting.....I work with rec and MS and I have 3/4th graders hitting libs....so it seem as though you guys are a behind for HS....I don't mean anything negative or bad, but if that is the case, you guys definitely need to be more serious and focus.
