All-Star Recredentialing

Please don't be mad if you don't get a call/email back right away (24-36 hours). State directors are often the phone number and email listed with credentialing sites and those folks don't receive a salary from USASF.
it doesnt matter if they get paid. they signed up to do the job which means they take on the responsibility. If you cant take the time out of your day to check your email that is just straight ridiculous, you should at least respond withing 48 hours.

I never made mention that they shouldn't respond within 48 hours, simply inferred that 24-36 might pass without hearing from them. The position is volunteer, with absolutely no written guidelines given to the State Directors or any sort of contract signed with USASF to hold the volunteer "job."

Does anyone know what the web link is to recredential if this is your 2nd time getting recredentialed (so third time total)? Several of our staff members were going to go through for the 3rd time, and found out that it is done differently. I don't think there is anything on the USASF website about this (unless I missed it) or on the secure USASF site. We have called/emailed several times and a few different people with no response and as of right now are expired and entering the busy competition season! Any advice?
