Can any of you help me? I've been cheering for four years, and I've been trying to get my Scorp for a long time, but I still cant get it. Does anyone have stretching tips or some advice that would help me?

the (getting more flexible) in the title really made me giggle. I dunno why, but it just did haha.
I would say work mostly on back flexibility. I have awful back flex after having a back injury, so I probably won't ever be able to pull one, but I know girls with TP splits that can pull them because they have super flexible backs. But of course work on over stretching your splits!

I found the main thing that helped get my scorpion was actually shoulder flexibility/shoulder stretches rather than just back stretches alone, because it's grabbing your foot that's really awkward and you need good rotation in your shoulders. I think that video above has some good shoulder stretches, especially ones against a wall or with a partner.
Remember to always warm up before you stretch to avoid any injuries. I couldn't even touch my toes last year and now I have my scorp, so I'm convinced that if you want something bad enough anything is possible.
Good luck! :)
