That was beyond insane. How does she even get that good?? Wow. I tried teaching the 3-year-old that I nanny how to fly a few times, she definitely was not even close to anything like that! :O
She was basically born into the gym and flying pretty much ever since she could stand. Totally adorable.
Trust me, it even baffles the high school cheerleaders.
They're reasoning for taking out double downs is that less then 50% of teams that competed in UCA HS Nationals FINALS (the best teams that were down there) didn't complete the full double down cradle and a lot of injuries were reported from double downs.
Braced flips aren't really all that hard or dangerous. It makes sense if you think about it from a safety standpoint.
