What Happened To My Toe Touch?

I use to have pretty good jumps, but all the sudden they're really bad. I've been practicing and streching everyday, but there is still no improvement. Also, all the suddenly it takes a lot of stamina for me to do just one toe touch, and we have to do 4 in a row.
 
Try working on core and hipflexer strength and stretch a little more! As for the stamina part, practice running laps then jumping to build that up.
 
I'm also stuck with this, my toe touches look absolutely terrible and I have a competition on the 24th of nov. We have to do toe touch toe touch right hurdeler. My hurdlers aren't bad whatsoever, but because I get weak toe touches, once I get to my hurdler I have no power to get it to the potential it should be, any help? :(

Thanks for the tips! I'll try them all! I don't know what happened, they're just all the sudden like a spread eagle. :( I hope they're better soon for competition season.
