I repeat... WHERE is Trinity getting their money?

Do they have other stacked lower level teams that are essentially paying for this "superloaded, recruited from Miami-->Hawaii" medium coed team or is this owner just blowing loads of money and looking for attention?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you win worlds- YES you might get a surge of new athletes (thus more money for you). YES- you might get your gym's name out there w/ more weight than ever before. And YES- you've lived the dream of every level 5 cheerleader/coach. But you don't win millions of dollars or become president of the USASF, do you? I'm just looking for an excuse as to why someone would go to such lengths (buying houses, providing full scholarships, etc) to build ONE Worlds team.

The heavens know that I would LOVE to coach a talented gang of athletes to a World Championship one day, but I'd never do all this. Nor have any of the people who won Worlds in previous years (at least not this drastically/publicly from my knowledge...)

The owner of Trinity is on some new reality show about Atlanta women right? So some money must be coming in from there.

but the show was "Big, Rich Atlanta" (or something like that...with the word rich) so i'm assuming you need money before you even get on the show?

I have no idea, but back when Trinity was gaining all these athletes, there was talk of what was being offered/given, and it matches up pretty well with that email.

Just no talk of the jetskis we have heard about. It seems this is never going to die!

On a serious note, this isn't looking to good for Trinity.

ok - if you read the articles - yes the show is called Big Rich Atlanta - the CBS news thing put her name, the name of a business her husband owns and the name of her husband.

read it, look them up and realize who these people are - and yes, news flash they have money

It's worth a GOOGLE

I am certain this all could be written off on taxes. How long can a business claim their loss? Just a thought.
