Does anyone here know about hair? I highlight my hair out of a box just because it's cheaper and comes out fine. I also get a deep clean treatment every couple of months when I get my hair done which I'll be doing next week. My question is, can I do the highlights before the treatment without it getting stripped away or do I need to wait?
