I can't really see it very well but I don't think so... This is what I found in the rules
"L2 Stunts-Inversions
  1. All inversions must maintain contact with the performance surface.
Exception: Transitions from ground level inversions to non-inverted positions are allowed.
Example: Legal: Going from a handstand on the ground to a non-inverted stunt such as a shoulder sit.
Example: Illegal: Going from a cradle to a handstand or from a prone position to a forward roll."
So if you want to do any sort of inversion it must start inverted on the ground and finish non-inverted, is how I interpreted it.
Not 100% sure though!

It can be legal, but looks illegal how it's executed in the video. If the flyer is picked up off the ground, then becomes inverted...illegal. If she actually rolls and is inverted when she leaves the ground, and immediately goes to non-inverted...legal.

My smart aleck response was going to be "only if your fronter does that exact happy dance".

Haha ok I don't think it's worth the risk, I'll tell the front to keep her dancing in there though ;)
