I set up a site on sponsor park if anyone wants to contribute to my efforts to buy them mats..... no luck from any of the mat companies I called to try and get donated used/demo ones

I would love to help also. I see what cheer has done and is doing for my daughter and would love to help give other children the opportunities that she has and being that we are from the area, we can't not help. Please put me in contact with the coach to see what is needed most.

I have lots of gently worn cheer shoes in smaller sizes. I can also ask around for others with extra shoes! I would be glad to help! Just let me know!

For anyone who is wondering, I did some research about the demographics in this city, and what I found speaks to the issues these kids face:

#1 Most densely populated city in the country
20% Unemployment rate- highest in the state
Close to 1/3 of the city's children live below the poverty line!

I tested it out on the page.... there is a link, but all it does is connect you to my email. I have a kickstarter page that I'm going to publish Wed when I get back from their practice with some video.
