Step 1 small coed already has an at-large bid from Americheer too. Maybe it was supposed to be for Phenom (their IOC5 team)?

Maybe they had team member changes since then? Wasn't Americheer in November?

Yes you are correct, "Step One Medium All Girl" did turn down the at large bid that was received at Americheer. The recent decline of the bid was due to a roster change as the original bid was earned with a 26 member team and they are now a full team of 30. Under the new roster the team earned an at large bid at COA Midwest Open today.

Congrats to all of the division winners and bid winners at todays competition!

So a Restricted 5 team outscored Lady Lightning that hit? Congrats to themt but I will never undertstand Jambrands scoring. Seems as they they do not reward for difficulty.

Yes, we did out score Lady Lightning. I watched them, and they had two bobbles on day 2, a lot of people missed them but I'm sure the judges didn't. They averaged out to a 93.95, we averaged out to a 94.06. But both teams were rewarded a grand champion award!
As far as scoring I'm not genius. I leave that up to my coaches to give us what we need to do. But I can tell you that my restricted team had ZERO deductions both days, and we do have very difficult stunts/pyramid for a restricted team, so I would imagine it scores well.

With that being said, whether we out scored everyone or not, I am so proud of my team for having no deductions both days and remaining undefeated! I love all my Queen Cobras and thank you so much to our coaches who continue to push us and believe in us!!! We love you!

This is unlikely but worth a shot ...

A girl on one of my teams lost her white skirt with red stripes on the side. Convention center lost and found does not have it. Neither did the COA lost and found.

If you know anyone who found it please let me know!

Thanks
