Yes because a reporter just happened to come up with name trinity from nowhere....and just happened to know they were a gym going to NCA and how big that is....

open your eyes people. My sister is a reporter and she doesn't know hardly anything about cheerleading much less than who Trinity is. This reporter had to get the name from somewhere...and to be honest anyone just looking for a random gym would have come along rays or CA or something.

Not saying its true but from the way it looks...

It was funnier when I thought it was real.

I don't usually get in to the trinity mess but this just seemed off to me. Oh some random reporter is making up rumors about us...

People talk so much smack about Trinity but aside from the whole Gianni thing...they are a well run program, and Cory is doing a wonderful thing for some kids whom could never afford it on their own. This story in no way shape or form is true. Cut them a break.

I work at Trinity now and this is false. On another note D&G looked great at their show night. There's going to be a few surprises about them when they hit the mat in the arena this weekend.

I have to ask this question - for everyone who is suggesting that "this story is false", are you suggesting that the entire story is false, or just part of it? There's a Yahoo! story out there with a direct quote from Cori Davenport that's pretty carefully worded to not be an outright denial.

Are some of you saying that Yahoo! made up their story? If so, that's a far bigger deal than whether Lindsay Lohan is going to be mentoring some kids.

I'm so over it. Idk where this stuff is coming from and I don't care. I just want it to go away. It's like this back and forth thing where random stuff is said and then our gym seems to try to capitalize on it (I guess ~shrug). I'm a talker but when it comes down to proving what I can do, I can show you better than I can tell you. To see the focus taken off the kids and how amazing they are, and instead we're associated with some star that needs to do a lot more than community service and mentoring, it's annoying. My daughter is younger so she's not online unless she's doing homework so it doesn't really affect her directly. But the older kids that read this stuff and can internalize it... I don't see how they manage. I will say it has some influence my decision to stay or return next season.
