i almost forgot about the NCA curse. even though technically Panthers have won both NCA and Worlds in the same year.. i know.. i know.. its only large senior this applies to, but ughhhhh... as long as F5 and SE place 2nd and 3rd ill be fine.

On day 1 CT love did not out perform stars. Stars did not make those mistakes bc of CT love they made those mistakes on their own. If stars hit, and CT love scored higher, then yeah CT love outperformed stars. But it became evident of who the better team was on day 2 when both teams hit and Stars won.

I consider "outperforming your competition" actually hitting your routine when you keep your stunts in the air and they don't.

BlueCat Will Swooshcats be attending worlds on an at-large bid if they are not able to obtain a paid bid? If not, then what other chances do they have to get a paid bid before the season ends?

Absolutely. We have won several globes on at larges, including a few Golds. I don't believe that there are any other chances for at larges that make sense for us. (Spending $25,000 to travel somewhere in hopes of winning $25,000 isn't particularly logical.)

But CT Love isn't out of the VA gym, it is out of the PA gym, which has been around for like 15 years. I'm not dissing this team or saying it's a new division for them (at least in several years), but that's like saying Rays Peach is a new gym just because they are fielding a large senior team at NCA in many years. I think NCA could be very interesting, depending on who hits best....
Cheertyme Love "IS" out of the new Virginia gym.
