i have been looking to see if there is somewhere that list what is legal per level and what isntm when it comes to coed stunts!

for example: is toss extension level 3 or 4
level 4 stunt rules state (Release moves that land in extended position must originate from ground-level and may not involve any twisting or flipping), but i have seen level 3 coed teams perform these skills with no penalty.

i know its just an extension but shouldnt it be considered a Release move since the base lets go and catches at the top!

Level 3 Release Movies:
"Release moves must start below prep level and must be caught at prep level or below. Release moves may not pass above extended arm level."

Level 4 Release:
Release moves that land in extended position must originate from ground-level and may not involve any twisting or flipping.

what all would tech be legal for level 3? press up and then back to prep to release? single leg? just do not see a whole lot of true coed in level 3 and would love to.
