Cheer Illinois Athletics started in 1995, I believe, as Diamond Allstars. Their senior teams were originally called Cheer X. I think they officially switched the name to Cheer Illinois Athletics when they moved to a new facility.

Are we confusing the current Pro Cheer with the old red/black/white Pro Cheer from Kansas?

We started in Plano, moved to Richardson, then Garland, then Dallas, then Garland again, then back to Plano.
I don't mean to sound completely stupid when I ask this, I'm a typical British California boy.

How far are those places from eachother?

Same area, basically. All of the gyms have been within 10 miles of each other.

Andre just said that pro cheer in ga started he thought in 92 so I went with that.
I meant was HE confusing them. Pro Cheer (KS) used to dominate large coed in the early-mid 1990s. They were the original powerhouse. They were probably the first all star team that was better than the best HS team at the time. In 1997, our large coed was the first team to ever outscore them, I think.

No. I was on the Kansas City version and remember my coach saying a Georgia version starter the same season.

We did this one time before on the boards years ago and the final conclusion was Greensboro.

Is the Greensboro date confirmed? CAC is definitely 1990 but we were always told GAC opened just months before Charlotte. Maybe it was one of those stories that kept circulating but never confirmed.
