I guess there is no need to be afraid. You already said the people at FAME were nice and you talked to them without problems.
It´s cheerleading, and if you have a good attitude and work hard, you will for sure be a member of the team like you were at your old gym.
Making friends can be hard sometimes, but you get to know people who love the same thing you love, so you will have something to talk about in the beginning.
Just be yourself and show your love for the sport and your motivation - everything will turn out fine.

I feel much better It’s just some times I can be weird I have a weird personality. I love cheerleading, pageants my doggies I also love to draw and sell stuff on ebay...I look much younger then I am lol list goes on but you are right! My team means the world to me and I work hard for my team not just my self and that includes my future team! Thanks!

I can tell you just from my experience:
I'm a weird person, too. And i have never felt so accepted as is do in cheerleading (my gym, other teams). And i know a lot of weird cheerleaders and most of them are really great. Don't worry, they will love you
