I would make the transition out of the roll a bit more exaggerated, like an actual power hurdle, since you aren't allowed to just do a roll step out out of the punch front

Got it! She couldn't exaggerate it as much since she was running out of room on the floor.
This tumbling pass in this video is LEGAL. Please ensure the tumbler continues to have forward momentum going into the front tuck so the pass remains legal.
That is the response from Andre they I got when I emailed the USASF rules thing.
