All-Star Too Small A Venue

Considering the time of year it is held I suspect they would keep the venue further south to try and ensure a warmer climate. In a perfect world I think they should rotate it between 3 or 4 locations. Until the contract is up this is all just good discussion.

I think they need to have a cutoff date of giving out Worlds bids...perhaps by March 15th or the end of March. At the end of the season it seems like it's much easier to get a bid because everyone else going already has theirs.

I don't know how accurate some of the worlds bid websites are but there was one comp I was looking at that is coming up and they were giving out 6 at-larges and only three teams who didn't have any bid at all and another that only had 6 teams without bids and 6 at-larges to hand out. I definitely think it is easier to get a bid later in the season if you pick the correct competition but it's potentially WAY more expensive for the parents to buy plane tickets and all that this late in the game.
