I heard some parents at NCA heading to the ticket booth for a refund due to the Arena being packed - all day. Wonder if that worked out for them.

The ONLY step they are taking is they will empty out the HP Field house after each session on Monday.

Uhhh ... how long is it going to take to empty the viewing areas, concession areas, bathrooms, etc. ... and then fill them back up again? Finals is an all day affair ... do they really have that much time available to empty and fill the fieldhouse twice during the middle of the day?

As a spectator, how early should you go to get a seat on Sunday? And are one day tickets 25$ or 45$?

Well, a lot of questions can finally be answered!!

So basically here's the recap for Sunday:

**Large All Girl finals will start at 9:00 AM be completed by 9:30 AM on Sunday morning.
**Large Coed 5 finals will start at 6:00 PM Sunday night and complete by 7:00 PM.
**Semi Finals for all other divisions.

Here's the recap for Monday:
Session 1: Medium Coed & Iopen 6
Session 2: Small Senior & Iopen Coed 6
Session 3: Small Coed & Iopen 5

Not in Monday sessions, but finals on Monday (Josten's Center):
Iopen Coed 5 & Medium Senior

They left 30 minutes between session 1 and 2 to clear out the HP Field house and 1 hour between session 2 and 3 to clear it out again.

We should assume from this that there will in fact be regular admission required to get into the WWS complex ($40) plus an additional $30 for any of the three Monday sessions. Otherwise they would be allowing people in for free to see the Josten's center performances.

There are 2 hours between sessions 1 and 2 and 2:30 scheduled between sessions 2 and 3. The awards are not in the same venue and it looks like you listed times as if they were.

Medium coed 7pm to 10:30pm Sunday and 9 am Monday? Is there any time for sleep?
Yikes, and final announcements not till even later and then by the time they get the bus back it will be close to 11:30 and straight to bed. It's going to be tough for them to unwind and get rest. Looks like there will be a run on red bull in the am! I feel sorry for the med coed teams!

I'm not really understanding why they didn't take that into consideration when doing the block schedule. I get that they need to balance out division size/popularity etc. to try to minimize overcrowding...but at the expense of this entire division? Medium all girl isn't spared much either. Up late Sunday then at Jostens early Monday (though not quite as early)

Ah, didn't realize that. What is the Champions Arena if that isn't in the HP Field house? I really hope that's not on the baseball field again!

On Saturday, if I want to see Large Senior semi finals and Large Co-Ed semi finals do you think I can get away with leaving the milkhouse after large senior, and coming back around 6 pm to watch Large CoEd semi finals. Large Co-Ed starts at 8pm on Saturday. Am I giving myself enough time to MAYBE find a seat? I just can't sit there and watch all the at-large bid small senior and small coed teams. Thanks for any advice!

So if you are a parent in this division, I guess you have to buy the $30 Monday ticket in advance and hope like heck (as we all are:rolleyes:) that your kid's team makes it because there will be no time to buy a ticket on Monday morning and hope to get in?

And if the Cheer Gods do not rule in your favor (aka your kid's team does not make it), you eat the cost of a $30 ticket? I don't really want to go if my kid isn't there. Can you get a refund if the ticket is unused?

We are driving in Saturday....don't have intentions of going to watch Saturday, but do you think we can get in and go ahead and buy tshirts? I'm thinking I'm going to be stuck in my seat on Sunday.

Also (don't kill me, it's our first year)...where is the Fierceboard section...I'm assuming wherever the yellow grumpy cat shirts are, but if I dont see any....would love to meet some of you!
