Most salons have it. Dust it by Osis is the best ever. You could also try cornstarch or any dry shampoo that will add volume. Batiste do great dry shampoos. I wouldn't say it has holding power, but it does add a significant amount of texture to hair, making it easier to tease, and therefore the poof stays in place longer

You can buy "POWDERful" by Got 2 Be at Wal-Mart for like $4

or go to Sally's Beauty Supply for lots of choices. The stuff is magic! I barely need hairspray after using it!
