I've been steadily working on my bhs for about 2 months now. (I know it's not long). Being the "high-expectations" girl that I am, I'm starting to get frustrated cause I can't do it by myself. Not trying to brag here, but I have big leg muscles-so pushing off shouldn't be a problem. But it is. I'm locking out and getting over, but my coaches keep telling me I'm not jumping. I'm really tired of doing cheese mat drills for an hour at practice every week.
Any advice?
