This is why I'm glad I don't purchase live feeds for any cheer competitions. There ALWAYS seems to be some sort of issue, especially during the divisions I would want to watch, and I would just feel like it would be a waste of money.

It's just the fact that they don't even acknowledge it. I mean if they took time to post one tweet just saying "We are working to fix the video feed problem" or whatever, I would be a lot happier than this plan to ignore all the people who paid 50 dollars to watch

Get this one...I was on USASF's Facebook page complaining about the server issue they are having and USASF is now deleting anyone's comments on their page that talk about any issues with VOD or Livestream. This is only going to make people more angry. What a professional way to handle customers.

What really blows my mind is that the only people who pay money for this service are those (like all of us) who truly love Cheer and USASF is treating us with no respect. They should at the very least put out a message letting all users know that either the problem is being worked on, they will be offering partial or full refunds, or that they are simply SORRY that so many people have glued themselves to their computers at home all day only to be disappointed by their poor service.

Get it together.
