Can someone please explain how the scores can be so stratified? Like for Large Senior AG and Coed, there are like 6 points at least separating each team, when at other comps the scores are down to the decimals. We all know these teams are on the same caliber, so how come one team is scoring so much higher than a team with few mistakes and same-ish skill set? Honest question here

I agree..at first I thought it was because they were scoring out of 300, but even if you break it down into percentages, the score differences are still really big. Bigger than normal at least.

It's the scoresheet. Varsity caps difficulty. You have to do XYZ to max out on Varsity which all of these teams do, so then it just comes down to execution. Worlds doesn't do that, which is why there is a bigger difference in scores.
