How would a spotter make it fall? I didn't see the routine but how would usasf know if this was a cover-up or not?

The middle stunt was coming down. As the spotter moved in from the back to catch it, the two stunts and the spotter all got together.

I'm not sure it was the spotters fault or not. But it was irrelevent to Peach's placement.

But it reinforces to me that spotters should not be on the floor at Worlds.

I have yet to see a spotter save a single person. That does not mean they cannot save someone eventually, but right now their effectiveness ratio is really low.

I HAVE however seen them get in the way and cause more safety issues than not.

I have screen shots of when she used to say she was a school team alum from here in staten island she's talked so much crap about my team and gym and me while knowing nothing about us, I have conversations screen shotted between us when she had said she was on the school team, and then she changed it to saying her cousin was on a school team and she's a ss alumni and she has 3 worlds rings.

I know this is from a while ago, but I was sitting directly in between the two stunts on the side, and I don't think the spotter had anything to do with it. From my view, the group falling hit the other group, not the spotter

At one of our comps this season, one of the spotters was standing too close to the mat (actually standing on it), and one of our athletes tumbled to the back of the mat and landed on the spotter's foot and she had a hands down. The EP looked at the video after our coach reported it and they removed the deduction. However, over the last 6 years I have seen a spotter catch a flyer on a couple of occasions but they were always on lower level teams. I would agree that they are not needed at Worlds, at all.
