Owh I wish my bf would take interest instead of "are you still staring at that thing"!
I make my boyfriend watch cheer videos...NCA was crazy when I showed him a video of Itty Bitty Kitties and said this would be my daughter one day. He told he'd never let his daughter flip over pyramids or fly..so I figured showing him a mini team was best lol

LOL Oh she is. She had zero idea about cheerleading before she met me and I know i've been driving her nuts this month. But she is so sweet. She texted me on her break and said "how's it going, any cheer drama?" haha bless her for trying :)

Mine has been thankful that I'm at work doing this all weekend instead of at home lol... She knew enough to ask me if "Courtney PopeSmithSmithPope's team" won again, which I was pretty impressed with. Last week, we were at Jamfest and she was calling it out "look at that janky scorpion!" and "those jumps were ratchet!".... I guess if they assume they're going to be a permanent fixture in our lives, then they figure they may as well get used to it lol

teach them well ;)

Owh atleast it sounds like he has father potential.. Im almost positive If I showed my bf a mini team he would close the laptop.

For all those who cannot seem to understand why Lady Lightning/Smoed (or really any team that isn't your favorite) scored so well despite not "hitting", I have one word for you-difficulty.

Judges can't just ignore doubles being thrown left and right and full squad double-ups. Just like they can't ignore tumbling busts and stunt falls.

I'm no expert when it comes to the World's scoresheet, but difficulty does seem to be rewarded highly. Being clea doesn't hurt, either...
(I think this was Generals' downfall :().
I feel like people aren't realizing that technique and as you just said, difficulty and cleanliness are what separates teams. Two teams can do the same stunts and dance etc. but if team a does it neater and with better technique they will win as they should.

From what I remember the Swedish teams had some pretty solid performances. I was particularly impressed by the double downs from the 2-1-1 AG towers.
I heard our team (Dynamite Dragons) Hit so i can finally go to sleep(It's 12 at night here). And i will dream the sweetest of dreams.
