Yeah I didn't really want to or feel it was necessary to do much/any updating... because there are so many people doing it. Wanted to enjoy the competition for what it was a bit more this year.

oh, don't feel bad. You made it clear from the beginning that you would tweet an occasional update and then your personal impressions.

This is more about cheerupdates/cheerupdates2 and industrynews/industrynews2. They both claim to update about *everyone* but probably only when it is convenient and they are sure they get tons of favorites/retweets.
