Hey everyone,

I searched high an low all over this board and was just wondering if anyone had some good conditioning for people like myself over the age of 21 (i'm 23 and loving it). I need more shoulder flexibility as well as things to really work my jumps. It is a lot harder for us older folks to really work our already developed muscles.

Help this old fart out someone lol

Well to work on jumps, you should probably build leg muscles. Leg lifts, wall sits, etc are all great ways. I recommend (depending on your strength you can decrease amount or increase) doing 2-3 minutes of wall sits with your arms up and 15 leg lifts. You can also join a gym if you want equipment made for it. But i would recommend home training

For shoulder flexibility, you should try holding a broom (or any long stick you may have) and putting your hands gripped on it a good distance apart facing down. Start from your waist and carry it up over your head and around to your back and repeat. The motion must be slow because going to fast you could easily tear a muscle. Hope it helped
