I have to admit I have learned something today - I like this! I plan to use it all day with my tennis team!

Now I'm left feeling like I should not have shared my word....(which I actually thought was basically universal)...with you all. But I figured since you all already came for "tea".....

Guess this is what happens when you have a sassy 18 year old sister and a lot of (black) gay males as besties...

Each one teach one. (also ignore the example in 8..they're wrong).

No disrespect because I don't know Jamie Parrish personally and my CP does not go to either gym BUT coaches, owners, athletes and parents need to realize something.
You can be the biggest program, you can win worlds 100 times and you can have the most athletes cheer at college. All of that will amount to a hill of beans if word gets out that your gym is a toxic environment for sportsmanship.
As a parent the invaluable things are more important than a Cheersport/NCA Jacket or a gold worlds medal. Those things are teamwork, learning how to win, learning how to lose and being a team player. Those lessons last a lifetime. Jackets, medals, trophies and even celebrity mean nothing if you aren't a better person and then end of your Cheerleading "career". Life AFTER cheer is going to be a lot longer than your life in cheer. The type of people in your program is a lot more important than the athlete you produce.
