Alright I'm sorry to anyone I offended, no one needed to say I don't have a heart because I have a huge heart! I was just saying. It's just kind of weird. I understand people want to pay their respects, but I almost feel its kind of disrespectful to the family if you didn't even know him. That's all. Sorry if I offended you CA!

@xomckenzieee The athletes that I'm referring to are the ones that have been promoted by parents or self. Amazingly talented, but extraordinarily lacking in manners. Tweeting about cheerleaders looking at them during dinner - well, honey, that's probably because they think you're an amazing cheerleader, just like you think about yourself. And I personally wished an athlete and his team good luck as he walked to warm-ups, he looked directly at me, tossed his hair and stuck his nose in the air. At least his teammates said thank you. Rude.
Then I agree with what you said! That's uncalled for.

Our small allgirl was performing day 2 in Josten's for semi finals at around 11 am or so. We all went up to the front of the floor, cheering and all excited... Didn't call out our team's name. So we walked back over to the side and patiently waited. Next team up, we go over to the front and are all excited.... Didn't call our name. This went cycled through for 3 more times. Finally, we found out that a girl that played a major part in the routine had got a concussion back stage and didn't get to perform. So they had to redo the whole routine!!! She was the center three to double, round off double, based the point stunt, point jumper, last pass, great dancer, just a great athlete all together! I was a nervous wreck and thought the whole routine was gonna be a disaster. Figured everything would fall and it would just be an embarrassment. Well they proved me wrong and went deduction free for the first time of the season and their scores actually went up from prelims!!! Didn't make finals, but were pretty darn close placing 13th!

Hi Kayla,

It's not disrespectful to the family at all. I found the gesture from Wildcats extraordinary and in very good taste. This past competitive season was a different one for Top Gun and very important to the gym to pay not only a tribute to him but to all the fallen Jags. Wildcats knew because of the current rules that only the top 3 from each country move on to finals, not making it to finals would be especially hard on the OO5 team because their routine was dedicated to Omar.

I appreciate you apologizing and do believe you are someone with a good heart and had the right intentions in what you posted.

Am I the only one who finds it annoying that CA wildcats decided to do all these things for Omar, when they haven't even heard of him? I mean I didn't know him but our gym is wry close to top guns gym so yeah I mean I can understand why thunder would do that but CA? I don't know...

Wildcats were doing what OO5 couldn't. OO5 didn't make finals so they couldn't do their routine of remembrance in a Worlds final for him so Wildcats did it for them.
I personally think it was a beautiful gesture and I know plenty of the Top Gun athletes/parents/fans/coaches were very honoured and humbled by their gesture.

but i wouldn't doubt they DO know him..just because they're gyms aren't near eachother doesn't mean they don't know eachother. Top Gun and CA compete against eachother, and many athletes have friends from other states. Chances are they knew Omar. I get you said sorry, but still..

Plus, im sure plenty of the Wildcats athletes were Cheetahs last season and would have competed against Omar.

When I met Twinklilstarsmom , she was walking in front of me and I said "Oh hey, Fierce bow..." She turned around, and that was that! I have no shame! I wouldn't have met half the fierceboarders I've had the pleasure of meeting if we were shy!
I saw you at Worlds @Mamarazzi. I watched you cheer your heart out for Babyrazzi and her team as they hit their routine. I watched you loose it, in a good way, down there on the floor and I was excited for you. I did not have a chance to get close to you to exchange pleasantries however its always a pleasure knowing who they are and being able to watch our Fireceboard babies compete. You kinda of feel like they're your own. I dont have any Worlds stories, sorry, except that everywhere I sat the people around me were pretty easy going and thats a good thing. Oh and I fell in love with the lobster and cupcake truck.

Not a worlds story, but at a major competition we attended, my husband and I were with a cheeleader on the elevator. We attempted to speak, just being polite. She literally turned her head. I was not impressed. Then when we got to our floor our CP and her friends were standing there. They recognized her immediately as a cheerlebrity and spoke to her - just said 'Hi ****". Again, cheerlebrity turned her head and the elevator doors closed. We've only met one other cheerlebrity, and that girl was extremely kind. The last one - not so much.

Probably the most emotional weekend of my life!!! Winning worlds with Black Ops was everything I could've asked for. The moment we walked into the gym on our very first practice of the season, our coach sat us down at the end of the day and said "I believe that these are the 2013 world champions. I see the passion, I see the drive, if you work hard enough, we will get there". The week of American Grand Las Vegas in December, I fractured my ankle at practice and was almost positive I wouldn't compete for a while; It was by the grace of god that I was able to tumble and compete that weekend lol. Then about two weeks later in early january, I fractured/broke both of my ankles at the same time while tumbling. I was absolutely devistated when the Dr. told me that it would be very likely that I would be out for the rest of the season. After sitting out Palm springs, I was just barely able to come back for Dallas. Ususally, tumbling is a no brainer for me, but ever since I was hurt, I was left with about 25% of the strength I had in my ankles previously, making tumbling a huge struggle. I never would've thought that a little over a month later I would be taking the worlds mat with the other 29 athletes I have come to know as my second family. The passion and love that every person has for one another on the team is incredible and I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. <3
congrats, i was so happy for you guys when you won, i cheered with a few people on the team when they were still norcal and its amazing to me what calis done for them. so enjoy being a world champion and congrats to you :)!

You guys are all true, and I apologize! I guess I was just in a bad mood yesterday! I truly am a caring person! And I don't doubt that they had heard of him, he was amazing!
