given the blow up that caused this thread to start, I wouldn't be surprised if they call it purple and put her on it - especially since she once cheered there

It's fine. With a program as large and high profile as Rays there will always be situations or people who come across the wrong way or have misunderstandings. I do know it is talked about with every athlete and parent about the expectations about how they should act and the responsibility you have for representing their program. Are there parents who have said or done mean things? Of course. You can't control someone's actions or predict what they are going to do. But Rays doesnt cultivate an environment where that is tolerated. A parent or athlete sometimes has to be reminded of that. And if they continually can't remember maybe need to find a new gym.
As for bad experience with coaches I would be interested to hear what it was.

I met multitudes of Stingray athletes, parents, coaches and siblings and every single one of them were beyond nice, friendliest program I think Ive ever met..But I could be biased....Orange is my favorite team of life LOL
