Everyone responds to traumatic situations differently. There is pretty much always an awkward feeling between those who are directly involved and those who interact with them.

In times like these you can't really judge someone for their response. You just appreciate those who really touch you and care, and share the love.

Bump! pRay4Chris

This part wont get posted until tomorrow, but I think worth updating:

Neuro Surgeon just came in Brain stem needs to heal and that is it at this point so we need to pray for that but besides that even the doc says he is in no danger of dying

continuing to send prayers that way! it's not over yet, but i'm definitely thanking God for the miracles he is working already!

I'm so incredibly grateful for the signs Chris has shown; continuing to pray for a full recovery and prayers of strength and patience for the family. I can't imagine anything more stressful than the unknown journey ahead when it concerns the health of a loved one.

Haven't seen an official update on Coach Chris' condition in a couple of days, but if you can trust Twitter it seems he's waking up and following simple commands. That is very good news. Everyone continue to pray.

Though it seems that Chris' condition may be improving, Stingrays just announced they have lost one of their former athletes. Thoughts and prayers to the organization, and Erin's family and friends.

Chris hit a Ray about an hour ago! There is a picture floating around instagram / twitter that I will not post here. It can be tough for people to look at (he is obviously still hooked up to a lot of machines) but is a good sign.

On the flip, RIP Erin.
