All-Star Cheer Shoes ?

My daughter had the Varsity last year, and they didn't hold up any better (or worse) than the Nfinity. We picked up a new pair of Nfinity towards the end of this season, and they still look brand new. She's worn them for about 2 months now.

I have the nfinity Phoenix ! I have had them for about three years and they held up well! I love them!

I've had the Kaepa stellarlyte for two seasons, no holes or anything..I could absolutely use them next season too.

We went through 2 pairs of the Last Passes last year and I would definately not recommend them.

Honestly, unless you have the old school moon boot cheer sneaks, they all wear fast if worn at least 3-4 times a week. Just the nature of the beast. AND if you are a flyer, it's worse. :-( I have been all of them, infinity's and varsity look like they have been through a war. The materials in the sneakers are not made to last forever, they are made to be light, comfortable, form to a foot. If yours don't look like this, you are so very very very lucky and I would love to know your trick!

I went through 2 pairs of Varsity Last Pass last year and a pair of Keapa the year before! Cheer shoes don't last long I have never had a pair last me the whole season and still look good at the end.

this may not relate to the topic discussion very well but why are cheer shoes so expensive when they are made with very little material?

They are suppose to be very light weight , for example when you tumble so you don't feel the weight on you and in stunting!

The same is happening with my nfinitys. I got them in about september and now they are very worn out with many wholes in them. Last year I had the Varsity sneakers, not sure of the name but to this day for 2011 septemeber i can still wear my sneakers, even though they look dirty they are still good as new!

These aren't a big name all-star shoe, but my high school used Asics Gel-Ultralyte shoes! They are very durable and look similar to nfinities! (Also cheaper than nfinities since they are $50)

My first cheer shoe was a nike one and it was awfully heavy. Later on I've had the nfinity phoenix and evolution. I personally like the evolution better because they tie tighter than the phoenix and they literally feel like you are just wearing a sock!

How are the last passes compared to vengeances? I had the vengeances last season, it made me miss my evolutions.

I only ever wear nfinity evolutions haha! I had a pair last me from summer 07 to about cheersport time 2010... I probably should have replaced them summer 09 but I just duct taped the holes because I hated the style that the gym gave us and I refused to tumble in them haha
