Flexibility And Tumbling Help!

I really need help getting better flexibility in my back and shoulders. I have tried everything and it's not really working and the same goes for tumbling. I really need some tips on improving these skills. I would really appreciate it!
 
I would suggest that you do a few back bends at night before bed! Hold them for 30 seconds! Also if you have splits take a belt and walk down as much as possible! Hope this helps!

Try sitting in splits and pulling scorps!

ETA: also do wall splits and either push your self up or have someone push you up
 
Back flexibility doesn't hapen over night, give it time. Try bridges and then from there push your legs out straight. Also go on youtube, look up Gabi Butlers stretching videos. They are amazing.
 
Stretch whenever you can, not just once a day. The longer you hold it, the better it becomes. Try doing a backbend and see how long you can hold it that way the next time you can do it you can work on holding it longer. Don't overstretch, though or you could hurt yourself.
 
I have been stretching as much as I can for 3 months and I don't see any improvement that really is my only concern but thank you all for advice!
