When you do double downs try and look at a place that will keep you in the center of your stunt and look away. Then the same for full ups but squeeze tight and do not toe in a full up if you do ball up your toes and you should end up straight. Keep your chest up, before I do the double down or full ups I would do some drills. For the double down just full down then double, but for the full up go into a squish backward then push off you bases shoulders and twist your body half way then come back down and repeat.
