For Worlds our gym gets the girls new practice bows and sometimes sports bras as well, and for the boys we do embroidered hand towels and sometimes tanks (more recently).. Keep in mind what kind of boys you have on the team, one that wouldn't mind girly items in a goodie bag compared to one who would be content with a hand towel and deodorant
