If you watch the j3 after jumps they tumble going backwards then turn around and tumble towards the crowd..
Third girl from left hurt her finger pretty good. You can see her doubling over in pain getting to the back but she still completes everything!!

Side note, I legit giggled when Swain Spin, kicked, and did a little dip right on cue. haha. Classic.
