Last year we had to. Wear black GK spandex with a tank that had our gym name on it. We also had to wear our hair up with a white bow. Later on in the season we also had the choice of purchasing a Tshirt that we could also wear to practice.

My cp's gym has a practice set for Sunday (or first practice day if you don't practice on Sunday) (Black/red sports bra "bling" w/black yoga short/white waist band) and a set for their weekday practice day (Neon sublimated sports bra with bling and spanx) All teams have the same practice wear. Each team however has their own rules however as to how the coaches would like them to come to practice.

My cp's team, for instance, has their own set of rules. I thought they were strange at first until they were explained to me. "Hair up, bow and red lips" I thought to myself, "they'll be sweating, why does it matter if they have makeup on?"
They're explanation was what made me respect them as coaches and female role models. "they should be able to represent themselves as both strong athletes and young ladies at ALL times, on AND off the mat. It is a must and we will not accept anything less" I love it. They even curtsy at the end of the cool down stretching each practice. This is a senior 4 team. I can't wait to see this team compete this year :)
I love this

Love this! And I love the red lips to practice, I just love red lipstick. It makes me feel confident, I wore it to tryouts. I think people thought it was weird but whatever!
