Yes. But my issue is, if they took the good attention, shouldn't they take the bad? If this was a story of, I don't know, signing and selling smelly bows would I be up in arms about it? Reason #411 why I don't allow my kid to give autographs, send pictures, etc. never know what it might lead to. Signed, happily anonymous.
I know! I've seen elementary schoolers write better fictional stories than that. It only popped up on my feed at around chapter 8 (I don't check Instagram all that often) but this person has taken it to a point (the whole pregnancy thing) that is way to far. If someone did something like that to me I'd be mortified

I agree it's inappropriate and disgusting. However, I've always felt it was inappropriate for a 15yo to have hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Many threads have questioned where this popularity would lead. Did anyone think it might never lead to this?
I don't think anyone would've ever thought some random creep would make up illogical stories about them drinking, doing the dirty, and making up fictional lives for these athletes no. This goes beyond creepy.
I respectfully disagree. As a parent who is involved with this daily, a fictional story is not the worst thing we worry about. Sadly, it's the non-fiction actions that keep us watching out for each others kids, sitting in the parking lot during practices, sneaking athletes out back doors...
Honestly no, I never would have thought of anything like this, I didn't even know people wrote Fanfics about real people. That's why I was so startled and creeped out when I read it. I've predicted a lot of things for these kids, magazine covers, endorsements, products (posters, bows etc), being bothered for photographs and autographs, even being crazily pursued/stalked by "fangirls" the same way Justin Bieber or 1D are.
