The Fiercest App of All... Fierce Board

I agree with everyone that loves Krispy Kream they're the best doughnuts eveeer, I have never had dunkin; but here Krispy kream it's a big deal haha, we don't have any in my town so when we go to a city that has them we bring a lot, haha today we went to a big city about 40 minutes from us and we bought 2 dozens haha they're delicious!

Publix subs >>
Like as in,the grocery store? Lol, that place has nasty bottled water. I don't know what it is, but it's nasty.
We have JimmyJohns in NC, but you're more likely to find a subway. And Im more partial to Jersey Mikes, but there's only one. Luckily it's near my house, but I don't think I've seen one anywhere else.

Also, I thought it was pretty funny when my team went to Dallas for NCA there was a Jersey Mike's right next to our hotel. It's like they knew we were coming ;)

We lived at Witch Wich when we were in Dallas. Great subs and walking distance from the convention center. I get cranky when there isnt a Dunkins where we travel. I agree their donuts arent good but their coffee is so great!!

THE best subs I've had are from Togos! It's a West Coast thing (originally from California here!) and I wish they had it here in Florida.. :( Publix subs are good though! Especially when you get them custom made (not a huge fan of lettuce here). I also like Quiznos but it's not as good. Subway is alright. I like it but it's not my favorite. I'll probably be eating more of it now that there's one on campus :p

They just opened a Togos in my town. I'm not that big of a fan. Like its good and has quality ingredients, but there's nothing that really sets it apart from any other sandwich place. Nobody has pesto that they put on sandwiches, except for Quiznos, and it's still not that great. Really watery. Whenever I want a sandwich I go to Safeway. They have pesto and can toast them so they're nice and crunchy! I also have an obsession with pesto. It's tasty on everything.

I really wish I could think of some good regional foods from the New England area. But there really are none except the seafood that people mentioned before.

ETA except I really don't think people understand there is a distinct difference between Dunkin Donuts in New England and outside of New England. People here are VERY possessive of their Dunkins.. it's kind of like a really weird obsession/addiction.
I'm living on Martha's Vineyard for the summer... No Dunkin Donuts. Only K cups. I'm dying. I also really miss Almond Joys from MaryLou's.
Actually the only chains down here are Cumberland Farms, Stop & Shop, Dairy Queen and then the gas stations that don't really count...

But if anyone does visit, you have to go to Mocha Mott's and get a bacon egg and cheese, seriously way better than Dunkin Donuts. Yes I just said that.
People have probably seen me tweet about Back Door Donuts, and well that's because the apple fritters are heaven. It's basically a bakery that opens up (the back door) and sells a limited menu for late night dessert. And it's dirt cheap.
I've been going to the Chilmark Store a lot but that's mostly because I've been told that's where Jake Gyllenhaal gets lunch when he's on island.
Skinny's Fat Sandwiches is like... a Subway? but way better and all homemade stuff.

Sometimes I feel like all I do here is eat...

In New Orleans for a couple of days. Everything I've eaten has been heaven. I really think I have some Cajun blood in me from somewhere. I've had bananas foster French toast, shrimp creole, jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice and beignets with a cafe au lait. At dinner, I ordered my standard bourbon on the rocks and the waiter had me try a bourbon frozen milk. Sounds awful; tastes great. Like a rich vanilla milk shake and probably dangerous in any quantity.

The Fierce Board! Where one day you're in and the next day you're talked about.

I have gained 10 pounds just thinking about all of that fantastic food!

All of my friends from school, generally from south of Boston, talk about MaryLous!!

I'm in England and I loooove Nandos! They do incredible veggie burgers (I'm not a veggie, but they're so good!).

My favourite has to be Wagamamas though - Japanese style curries, rice and noodles. Yum! The prawn ebi katsu are amazing! I also love Yo! Sushi! So good.

In terms of English foods that are good, Marks and Spencer crumpets are so tasty with hot melted butter, I love Eton Mess (meringue, whipped cream and raspberries all mushed up), I really like eggs benedict (poached egg, smoked salmon, English muffin and hollandaise sauce, mmm) and you can't beat a cup of Yorkshire tea! Oh and Cadburys chocolate is the best! I'm not a fan of fish and chips though!

I have been to the USA - in Wyoming and Minnesota - my favourites were Dairy Queen, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Grandmas in MN. In Jackson WY they have a burger bar called something along the lines of 'Big Billy's Big Burgers' - they really are huge! Like, bigger than your head! And so good!

Oh and the USA McDonalds is grim! It tastes fake! Ours is so much better - at JamFest Europe I was at McDonalds at the same time as a bunch of CEA Coed and the boys were pretty excited and shouting 'oh my GOSH you guys use actual meat here'!!
