All-Star Smoed Episode 25

im being 100% honest and say i really do not think i could get through ONE smoed practice, let alone the whole season.. these kids deserve a medal or something.. (or ya know, a worlds ring.. )

I agree with you. They were really working hard. And that's how the world champions were made, I think. Overall, this episode gives me more extra motivation to keep working hard and never give up

I don't even think I could get through the first 20 minutes of a smoed practice. Even if you disregard the fact that I can't do the tumbling/stunting... I still don't think I could do it.

I had a dream last night that I was super senior-ing on Smoed as a 25 year old. I need a break from cheerleading. (If you're wondering, Smoed tied for 3rd at Worlds with Mac's....I was really upset, but proud of myself for nailing my tumbling.)

That was a really good extra ! And I don't think I could do all that conditioning I would die ! But I assume you would get used to it somewhat at some point

My daughter's team Jr Pink ( another Cali team) had to go on right after Smoed on this day. Talk about extra nerves! You get a small peek at them watching during warmups. My CP was excited yet nervous to be following them. But she said they were so sweet during warmups, wishing JP good luck.

i would imagine theres at least five more episodes left. part two for this episode, then maybe one more regular practice pre worlds and then i would take a big guess and say they'll make the worlds episode two or three parts long.
